When to expect a reply
We're a small team, so we usually reply within a few working days. There's no ticket system and no autoresponder — a real person reads every message. If your note is about a broken tool, the detail above helps us fix it faster.
Bug reports
When reporting an issue please tell us your browser (Chrome 124, Safari 17, etc.), the tool you were using, and what happened — the more detail the better.
Feature ideas
We add tools when there's a clear, repeatable need. If you'd use a tool every week, chances are other people would too — let us know.
