Multiple recipients, CC and BCC are all expressible in the mailto standard (comma-separated in the relevant fields), but every extra address adds length — reserve them for cases that genuinely need them. Note that pre-filled body text is a convenience, not a security boundary: the recipient sees and can freely edit everything before sending.
If your goal is instant two-way contact rather than a composed email, an SMS QR code is often the lower-friction choice for phone-first audiences.
